Industrial RO Plants available from 250 LPH TO 10,000 LPH

Pre-Treatment :

The raw water is pumped from the storage tank chlorinated in the raw water storage tank and passed through the Sand filter to remove the suspended solids followed by Activated Carbon Filter to de-chlorinate the excessive chlorine. The de-chlorinated water is dosed with Antiscalant Dozer to protect the membrane from scaling then it is followed by one stage of Micron Filter for finer filtration.

R.O. System :

The pre-treated water is passed through R.O. membranes by high pressure pump and then taken the storage tanks.

 

Filtering System

1. Feed Pump :

The Raw Water is pumped from the storage tank and feed to Press.

2. Pressure Sand Filter :

The system is provided with valves & piping to control flow of water during treatment and for cleaning. The water flow is evenly distributed through the sand media and filtered. The suspended matter in water is removed and filtered. Back washing facilities are available in the sand filter to clean the filter.

3. Activated Carbon Filter :

The system is provided with valves and piping to control flow of water during treatment and for cleaning. The activated carbon filter removes suspended matter and organic impurities present in water, it also removes bad smell if present in water. The Back washing facilities are available which helps to clear the bed of dirt, fines and to reclassify the granules for the next cycle.

4. Micron Filters :

The system is provided next to Carbon filter. The cartridges inside the housing are of high quality material. The micron filters removes suspended matter. When the flow rate reduces the cartridges should be replaced.

5. Reverse Osmosis Module :

This system is provided next to Micron filter. The Output of Micron filter is It Contains High Pressure Vertical Multi Stage Centrical Pump, FRP Membrane Housing, Spiral Wound Membranes, and Anti Scalant Dozing Pump.

6. Skid with control panel and Instrumentation :

The entire system has been assembled in MS/SS Skid. This Skid contains Control Panel, Pressure Gauges, Flow Meters, required wiring and plumbing.
